Residential Maintenance
We offer two different rates depending on the work completed at a pool. The first rate is a pool cleaning, which involves vacuuming, brushing and netting the pool along with appropriate chemical balance. Next, we offer a basic pool check, which involves netting, brushing and balancing chemicals in your pool so it’s a safe environment to swim in.

Commercial Maintenance
We offer the same rates for rental homes and duplexes as residential clean and maintenance visit. The first rate is a pool cleaning, which involves vacuuming, brushing and netting pool along with appropriate chemical balance. Next, we offer a basic pool check, which involves netting, brushing and balancing chemicals in your pool. Condos, cottages, hotels and quadplexes are required to have daily visits with daily data entry as mandated by the Health Department. These rates are monthly and vary depending on the size of the pool and property.
